Under the best of circumstances, international travel is subject to more
uncertainties than domestic travel. Unforeseen events such as weather, connecting
flights, sudden illness, and changes in air service can impact on the best-laid
plans. Health concerns are always an important item to consider when traveling
overseas.
Travel emergency insurance coverage: MHT provides emergency
coverage on all tours. This coverage has proven very beneficial and extremely
efficient in the few instances where we have had to use it. As part of MHT's "5-star"commitment
to provide you the finest in tour experiences, we include this international travel
insurance coverage through TRAVELEX Insurance Service for each passenger, regardless
of your destination! We have selected TRAVELEX, (the old Mutual of Omaha) as our
insurance provider based on years of worry-free service to the thousands of passengers
who have traveled with us over many years.

Trip
cancellation insurance: Those desiring to purchase trip cancellation
insurance in combination with the above policy may do so at the discounted rate
of $8 per $100 (or any part) of the tour cost. Under this plan you must purchase
coverage for the full value of the tour price - i.e. a $3,295 tour would
be 33 x $8 = $264. You may apply for Trip Cancellation Insurance on the
form below and return it to our office. (You must complete and return within ten
(10) days to be eligible for this additional coverage. If you have any questions,
please contact Anne, at ext. 11 in our office.) We hope that you will rest easier
knowing that you are covered in case of a travel emergency.
