Remains of the Hunting Chateau inside
Belleau
Wood following the battle!
For over ten years, one of the signature tours of Military Historical Tours has been our Battlefields of World War I tour, focusing on the 2nd Infantry Division and its 4th Marine Brigade. This tour, covering the battlefields east of Paris - from Belleau Wood and Chateau Thierry to Verdun and the Meuse Argonne, has proven one of our most popular and has been written about in many magazines over the years. (You will find the most recent article, written by Dale Robinson for Military Officer Magazine, the publication of the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) by clicking on this link.)
